Nonstick baking mats
I am really happy with these mats, I don’t really use them for baking. I use them on my induction hob, they prevent the pans from the hob scratching, which induction hob are vulnerable too. Also they save on cleaning the hob, you just throw the mats in a sink of warm soapy water and wash them.

I've used it to roll pastry without flouring the surface and I've baked bread on it and it's fab. Would recommend 👍
