The label claims each capsule contains .52 g, so if my math is correct, that would be 520 mg. As to why they fail to provide a specific number, the label claims they are comparable to Metamucil Multihealth Capsules, which seems to be making a claim sort of that allows wiggle room.

Good for regularity.

Helps bowel movement, and likely has the benefit of fiber for health concerns. I think I would enjoy mixing up smoothies with psyllium powder instead, as these require a heck of a lot of pills to swallow to achieve the best results.
