I've been taking it every day for nearly 2 weeks. I've noticed some pretty significant changed but idk if their good. I find myself being absent minded at times when I don't think I was before taking them. The biggest thing that just started happening the last 2 nights is I've noticed I've fallen asleep and completely forgot to put on a YouTube video to listen to. This is really strange for me cause I've done this for years. I absolutely can't sleep without something playing, but the last 2 nights I've not even thought about it.
