Aloe Vera Gel - Great For Face, Hair, Sunburn - Large 12oz Bottle

At first, I thought I finally found an organic aloe Vera gel that I could use on my sensitive skin but this product is falsely advertised as organic with no certification. Furthermore, it doesn't even state organic aloe Vera gel in the ingredients or actually specifys the percentage of aloe Vera gel and preservatives so you have no idea if you just getting enough aloe Vera to make a difference in your health routine. I also notice they had a huge sale earlier this year which seems to give this product a lot of positive reviews, but it wasn't for quality, just because the product was discounted and who doesn't love a sale? I'm very disappointed about this production it's false advertising. I even tried the product on mosquito bite since I know real aloe Vera gel soothes stinging and swellings and this product made it worse. Furthermore, I contacted the company directly to get the exact percentages of aloe vera in this product with no response. In the end, I returned this product and I searched for another organic aloe Vera gel product to use and ended up with mountain rose herbs aloe Vera gel. It clearly lists the percentage of certified organic aloe Vera gel, the preservatives, and even how the aloe Vera gel was extracted.

I was excited to finally see some 100% aloe, with no additives, since I am allergic to the additives added to aloe vera. The product listing even listed ingredients: aloe vera. And then it arrived with an ingredients list with an additional 4 ingredients, 3 of which I’m allergic to. They actually include an ingredients list and omit the ingredients that make the gel *not* 100% pure. I’m not even sure that’s legal, but it’s certainly deliberate false advertisement. This was a complete waste of my time. Now I have to return it because the seller wasn’t honest, and I still need aloe with no additives.

Love this! Every time a tried an Aloe Vera product it felt sticky and I didn't like it. I decided to try growing my own which resulted in very nice, but watery aloe, I thought something was wrong. Nope this is actually the way aloe is really, without additives. After multiple uses of real, home grown aloe I realized I was using more than I could grow so I needed a supplement and read a lot of reviews before settling on this one. This product is as close to the aloe I grow as I think I can get. If you want a thick jel like you'd buy at Walmart, this is not it. If you want a totally fragrance free, smooth, thin genuine aloe this is it. I have very dry, sensitive skin so after a thorough washing with a very moisturizing soap I cover my entire face in this - LOVE IT, exactly like what I experience with my aloe plant.

This gel is great! I recently started having some major issues with my skin! Not sure what was going on but looking for something natural to use. I thought of aloe vera bc it is healing but then all i could find was that gross, thick, artificial green type with added ingredients I didn't want.After looking around on amazon and reading reviews i decided to give this a try. I was a little upset at first that there are a couple of ingredients added which are not listed among the ingredients when you look before purchasing. They seem to be ok & i can see their purpose as stated on the bottle, but the sellers may want to include that in the ingredient list so ppl don't feel mislead. As far as the product i like it very much! Very light, unscented. Spreads easily--a little goes a looong way! Feels sticky maybe the first min but then soaks in and your skin feels dry and smooth. It did not irritate my skin further and actually seemed to help! I did have to get further assistance with the problem (derm), but i still feel this was quite helpful and will continue to use! Great price too! Give it a try! Got a nice msg from the seller after as well with a list of other tips you could combine this with to make natural products.

The product came with a pump which I didn't need. Immediately after opening it, I realized that It had a sour smell to it, which wasn't common for me. I've ordered different type of aloe vera products across the board, but not only did this one had a weird odor, it felt like water. The liquid was too thin to be considered as a 'gel'. Unless you were quick with applying it on your body, it'll just drip off your palm and onto the floor. It doesn't moisturize AT ALL and my skin just feels sticky and damp afterwards. Came back from vacation with severe sunburn and the product did nothing to help. 1 Star, for the price, I would rather buy the Equate brand. It smelled awful, doesn't moisturize, and the liquid is too thin. Next.

I just used this product to complete my recipe for lashes growth... so far so good :)I would totally buy again this product

This is not a gel. I know liquidy is not really a word, but that's what it is.

I thought this was pure aloe vera, but it's not. I put it on my face as a "natural" moisturizer option and my skin was red and itchy in minutes. I used it again weeks later and same thing. So then I did a patch test to make sure it wasn't something else (though I use almost nothing on my face) and sure enough, in minutes there was a red ring on my inner arm where I had dabbed this product. I looked up the extra ingredients and they are known skin irritants. The formulation might not bother people with normal skin, but sensitive types beware! And everyone, learn from me, do the patch test as soon as you get this. I used it once, then put the bottle away while on vacation and by the time I used it a second time and realized it's irritating, I missed the return window :(
