4 star product, 3 star support
We really like the vanity. It is the perfect size for our little girl. Nice color, easy to put together, well enough made for a little girl. However...Received it out of the box with a broken drawer. That itself is not a big deal, but when contacting support for a replacement Drawer, immediately they sent out a whole new unit. Seems a little excessive.Still not that big a deal, except we have to return a whole unit. They sent a return slip, but we need to get to a UPS store to ship. This is a 70+ lbs box that is about 4.5 feet long 2.5 feet high and 2.5 wide. Awkward to say the least. So we call UPS to pickup and find out we have to pay an additional $11 to have them pick it up.This is quite a hassle and costs us more money.If it was not for this ridiculous replacement process, if they had just sent a drawer instead of the entire package, if they had sent return postage fully paid. Would have given 5 star.

Quality is not as good as expected
I like the piece itself. It's the perfect size for me. The item came cracked, which is disappointing for the price we paid. The box is fully stuffed with protective foam/snow so the crack and scuff had to be before it was packed. Too much work to have to put it all back in a hug box and ship back. The drawers also drop when you pull them out and it is not as sturdy so be careful.

Very nice, but scratches easily.
Bought for my 12 year old daughter for Christmas She loves it! Finish marks up and scratches pretty easy, so I made a cloth table runner to protect table top from her curling irons, hair dryer, etc. Was super easy to assemble. Seems very sturdy. Drawers could be improved with guides, they current just sit in openings and can easily be pulled too far out and fall out. Stool is cushy and fabric seems durable. She wanted a different color fabric to match her room, so we recovered it which was quick and easy to do.

Very cute- easy to assemble
My 5 y/o loves this. It was a Xmas gift for her. The knobs are loose. So need to be tightened periodically- otherwise very happy w it. Seems good value so far. Was easy to put together too. We’ve had it 3 mos. very fun color too!

Lovely, sturdy wooden vanity.
My 3 year old granddaughter keeps all her play jewelry and hair decorations in her new pink vanity. She likes playing dress up and gazing at herself in the tri-mirrors. The vanity is sturdy, the stool as well. She’ll be able to use the vanity for years. When she’s older she may want to paint over the pink but for now, it’s her favorite color.

Extremely low quality
Was totally disappointed as soon as we had it fully assembled. The table wobbles when you touch it because of the way that the legs are designed. The chair legs are designed the same but feels like they are going to cave in when you sit. Because of that feeling we don’t even use the chair. The drawers sag down when pulled out. They don’t have any support and are kept from falling out by a thin cheap piece of wood. The previous vanity that we had was $100 cheaper and had amazing quality compared to this. Would not recommend anyone to waste there money on this product.

Fit in space
I really liked that fit in the space I needed it to. The drawers we just the right size. The stool is a little flimsy. Will probably buy another stool. Overall great product.
