SCARPA Women's Crux Lightweight Suede Leather Approach Shoes for Hiking & Walking

These shoes are most wonderful. I've been wearing them for six months now, and I just love them. Aesthetically pleasing, and made with excellent materials, the shoes fit very well. They keep your feet warm, the colours match most outfits, they are versatile as you can wear them for most occasions, and your feet can breathe in them.

These are the most comfortable shoes for hiking you even just walking around. I love the fact that the tie from the toe all the way to the top, which give individual adjustability I have worn them while working for four years in a hospital and have been so pleased with comfort my feet have felt That’s why I just bought a new pair! ;)

I've been wearing and loving the men's version of these for a few years (two pair with 200+ miles each and I own a spare for the day I eventually need to retire one of them). I just bought these for my 11 year old daughter and they haven't disappointed. She's taken them on two trips so far in the White Mountains of New Hampshire (6 miles and 12 miles) plus a few easy walks in the local state park to break them in. They are light enough for big mile days but hold up on rugged, rocky trails. The higher peaks in NH have a lot of exposed rock ledges and these shoes grip fantastically, even in wet conditions.

It was a perfect fit for me, but If you have wide feet, be aware that the front is a little narrow and you are left with little room for your toes,so you might want to go up half a size.It does get a little hot if the temperature goes above 80, but that's to be expected.Overall these are very comfortable walking shoes with good support, and they seem durable.

Liked them out of the box! Firm fit, yet comfortable and stable. Used immediately for 12 miles from Downtown Honolulu to Diamond Head and back. Very pleased. Went to a size 40 as the 39.5 was too small even though it listed at a size 8.

I typically wear a size 7.5-8 hiking shoe and this shoe in 7.5 fits like that, with enough room for a thick sock. That makes me a little worried about its use as a climbing shoe, but then again, I suppose that's the inherent issue with making a hybrid shoe like this. In hindsight I would have sized down one half size to a 7, but who knows, perhaps that would have meant heel blisters on a long hike. Otherwise, good looking shoe and well padded with no need for breaking in. I think the makers did the best they could with this type of shoe.

Love these! Supportive and good looking. The tongue naturally slides to the side when wearing them so I had to lace them up in a more secure way through the notch in the tongue to hold it in place. Look online to find the tongue lacing trick.
