This is for ONE piece of track! The track is great, but NOT the price!

Received my shipment in good time and condition, but it was a little misleading and disappointing. The product listing (On30 Code 100 36"" Flex Track PPCSL500 (12)) led me to think that there would be 12 pieces in my order, but I only received one. 12 p[ieces would have been a good value, one piece for $23.00 was higher than I could have purchased locally. It's my own fault for misreading the listing, but you should look into the way the product is described for future purchases.
