I've been using various Nileeva products and I have to say that all of them have not only exceeded my expectations but Nileeva has been the brand many of my family and friends have turned to since I discovered them. I obtained the overnight bladder control pad and have been using them for a week now. Here are my thoughts:1) I was surprised at how comfortable is it to wear, it felt like nothing was there. Another brand I've used was similar in comfort but more expensive than the Nileeva version.2) I waited to form a final opinion on this product for a week so I could test it out. Simply put, these do exactly what they are suppose to and absorbed adequately with no issues. Just make sure you get the right positioning so it can do it's job, :-)3) The one reason I continually go to the Nileeva brand is due to the cost effectiveness and the quality you get. They are one of the few brands out there that understand you can have a quality product without charging an unreasonable price. That is no different with these pads, I always do extensive research for the lowest price keeping quality in mind. You get 96 pads for a much lower price. Most other companies I've seen are charging $7-$18 more for around the same amount of pads so this is the one to go to hands down.Thanks and I hope this helped!

These pads don't hold up for an hour, let alone overnight as described. Horrible! They must have been made for infants not adults.
