I want to start off by saying that my original order was in Feb 2019. Since then these clasps have gone EVERYWHERE!!Here is some of the places I wear my necklaces:to the beach - swimming and playingscuba divingaround small childrenworking outhikingpaddle boardingI am ordering more, not because they don't work, quite the opposite actually.I gave one to my 70 YO mother because she likes to take her chain off at night and before bathing. She finds the magnetic clasps very easy to use and doesn't need help putting on or removing her necklace.The second one, well it works so well my daughter "borrowed" it.I have been switching the clasp between the different necklaces I wear, so I ordered more to put on my favorite necklaces.These magnets are so strong, that I have ruined 2 chains (my own fault). I pulled on the chain to take it off instead of pulling on the magnet. The chain broke and the magnets remained together. When putting on and taking off my wetsuit, my necklaces often get in the way, but I have never had a problem with these clasps.These are an amazing buy and I am super happy with the quality and construction (and I'm hard to please).I have tried others and have not been satisfied with the results, but these have held up for over about a year and are still going strong.The don't catch on my long hair either.These would be great for anyone, especially younger girls and elders as they are so easy to use.

At my age it has become more difficult to clasp and unclasp my gold and silver necklaces. I purchased a set of 3ea silver magnetic jewelry clasps from Newport Blvd via Amazon last year and loved them. I then purchased another set in gold filled a few weeks ago.They are quite strong - no need to worry about coming apart. I also love the fact that they are made in the USA by a family owned business.

I have no idea how this product got any good reviews. I was very disappointed- and that is an understatement. First it is so small I can barely see the clasp- Having said that, the clasp didn't work. Save your money. I posted a picture with my finger as a reference. In the spirit of fairness, the magnet was fine- the rest of it was the problem. I considered returning it only to find out that it was an exception to the policy. Not worth making the exception for the $10.

Don't listen to what other reviewers are saying, this clasp is tiny, but in a good way. It is meant to be small and blend in naturally with your necklace, not some bulky thing that sticks out like a sore thumb. It was extremely easy to attach to my necklace and the magnet is very strong. I sleep with my necklace on and wear it every day and have had zero issues with it coming undone. Additionally, I have sensitive skin and it will react immediately with metals that aren't Sterling Silver. I've had no reaction at all with this piece which means it's quality metal.It's a quality product from a quality company and I'll definitely be ordering a ton more. <3

These are excellent for delicate chains -- those that you quit wearing as your fingers got older because it was not worth the trouble to deal with the tiny clasps. They have strong, secure magnets, yet are easy to clasp and unclasp and are unobtrusive. It's hard to find magnetic clasps delicate enough -- these are just what I wanted.

I recently received a beautiful delicate sterling necklace and pendant but found it a challenge to put it on and take it off due to the very small lobster claw clasp. This sterling magnetic clasp is absolutely the perfect size and now putting the necklace on is very quick and easy. Would highly recommend this clasp.

I am comparing this magnetic closure to one I bought at a store several years ago.This closure is lighter, so it doesn't weigh down lightweight necklaces, pulling them back. I also cannot pull on the chain to separate the magnets. This silver closure also has a smaller profile than the bulky gold one I am comparing it too.I have been blessed with a husband who likes to spoil me with jewelry. The shame is that I cannot wear it all of the time because of the constant removing of the necklaces for showering, sleeping, working out... I just stopped wearing it so I wasn't constantly taking it on and off all day. These magnets have been a great solution to making sure my jewelry isn't as risk of falling off and gives me the ability to remove on and off throughout the day.I have boughten others like this from department stores. The larger gold one was bought several years ago. Although it does it job of letting me remove and put on the necklaces, the magnets were not very strong and it could be pulled apart just by snagging the necklace on something. To add to that, the gold one was heavy, so lighter necklaces would eventually be pulled to my throat or the magnet would make its way around and take away from the beauty of the piece.

I purchased this product for my necklaces. These were the worst magnetic converters I have ever purchased and a waste of $17.00 plus dollars. I have since thrown them in the trash. I will now search for brands I have purchased in the past. Reasons for one star rating: the converter is so tiny it is difficult to work with. The clasp is difficult to open and way too small to go thru rings on my necklaces. The ring on the other end is also too small to attach to any of my necklaces. My necklaces are expensive pieces of jewelry and are on thin chains. I would never buy your product again and would certainly not recommend it. I did not write an amazon review. Wished your converters would have worked and sorry for the poor review

I much prefer magnetic clasps like these over those fiddly little bolt-ring clasps, and these seem to be strong and secure. Very happy with my purchase :)
