I chose these because they have a bullnose edge and matching landing mat. The cream grey color is a great neutral. However, they were not the right fit for my stair tread design. The bullnose is a hard piece that goes down straight which is good for flat edge stairs, but not the best option available for my rounded edge.The quality was as expected but I much prefer the higher quality rounded edge option I found the other brand.

Stair treads so my dog or family does'slip. Quality is great, nice n plush. Only one complaint...taking the sheer paper off the back before installing on the stair is quite frustrating. I found a pair of tweezers to be helpful. I would purchase again fro this seller. Get quality at a great price.

These stair carpets are beautiful. Well made. Very soft to touch. Nice sound absorption. Great sticky adherence and doesn’t leave residue on step. The only downside is the very cheap clear material you have to peel off is so thin that it takes waaaaayyyy too long to unwrap each one. That silly plastic removal process stole my excitement in the last step to make the final BAMMM to the new look of my stairs.

I attached these to bare wood basement steps. Used pro-type staple gun, two on each side after first applying double-sided tape to the front edge of the stairs. I was careful to offset them equally to appear straight, like a runner would look. What a difference...Soft, padded, quiet and my Labrador thanks me every day!

Love the look of them but am a little disappointed by how quickly they’re wearing for the price. Very easy to install and while the tacky stuff on back didn’t work for me, I just use a staple gun to secure them and they stay well.

I was worried about putting glue or adhesive or bread nails down on our newly done hardwood stairs. These look good and really do stay where you place them, an important feature for our elder dog. The people in our house let them to! I read the reviews without peeling up the back plastic film and I really didn’t have any trouble with that.

The media could not be loaded.  I have a 2 year old , a wife 8 months pregnant with , and two dogs … I put these over the hardwood stairs and the treads don’t slide or move at all. They are very reassuringDo not wash them like it says, or at least said when I first bought a couple years back. The thin metal supports become bent and stick out under the soft cover. they are super sharp. I ended up tossing them and buying a new set. They lasted a couple years and I probably shouldn’t have put them in the wash machineThe backing that needs to be removed to expose the adhesive side is nearly impossible to get off. 14 steps and it was a pain for every one. It shouldn’t deter you from the getting them , But it’s not 5 minute project like it should be. Hence 2 stars for ease of install, should have been much much easier.

The media could not be loaded.  The pieces are easy to install, however the manufacturer uses a very weird plastic sheeting to cover the adhesive on the back. The first couple of pieces that I worked with took more time to get all of the plastic off than it took for me to adhere them to the step! It kept splitting as I peeled it, so I had to use a razor blade to lift the remaining pieces and peel everything off, so all the adhesive was exposed.Fastening it to the step only took a matter of seconds. I used a small block of wood to place the carpet against for every step, so the pieces were all centered perfectly.After a few pieces, I figured out that if I used a razor blade and "etched" the plastic all the way around, it peeled off much easier. See attached pictures and video.I also show in one of the videos how it will be helpful to bend the "bullnose" part, to help it adhere solidly to the front edge of the step. Out of the box, they were greater than a 90° angle, which means that upon fasting them to the step, the adhesive has to do extra work to hold that piece in place. If you bend them so that they are LESS than 90°, when you attach them, everything will be more snug, and the adhesive won't have to work as hard. 😉Once all of my pieces were installed, I had my dogs test it out, and I could tell they were very pleased! No more slipping & falling. I'm glad I made this purchase!

I am not sure how these treads work but we took them out of the package, layed them on the stairs and they have remained in place for over a year now without moving. It is a mystery since there is absolutely no adhesive tape involved. They are also showing absolutely no wear so far. If they ever wear out, I will most definitely be purchasing this exact stair tread again. Worth every penny!

great product and value...but all carpet treads we have found requires heavy duty carpet glue and stapling to ensure it does not come off (especially around the nose part of the stairs)...and espsecially whey you have pets and kids running around...great product otherwise

“Adhesive” on back doesn’t keep them stuck down, had to use tape. Within one month of use (no shoes in the house), they are already showing significant wear patterns with the carpet on the lip almost worn off.

Very easy to install and they stay in place

Brand new i returned. But seller so kind never questioned me a thing.Just that my stair wont fit the carpet. I have 3 pies.
