Not for me.
Well packaged and delivered on time but gave me very upset stomach and couldn’t sleep. I personally wouldn’t buy again but might be ok for others and fair priced.

I recommended Maca tablets to few friends and they are all happy with the benefits. I use it to balance my hormones and it really works. I've been on it for over a year now. . My skin improved. I feel much calmer now and I really like this feeling. Value for money. I tried different brands, even those expensive,organic ones and I keep coming back to this one as it works the best for me.

Item arrived prompty .i take macca regulary 500g do i thought id try a higher dose. I took one of these and unfortunatly and had some horrible side effects. I felt jittery got a head ache , sweaty palms and generally felt unwell . They must be too strong a dosage for me .
