Frustrating.
I bought this primarily to download audiobooks from my public library. It took over 20 minutes to download 1 book. I constantly got the message that device couldn't be found, right in middle of the download. To be fair, I tried 2 computers and a different USB cable. It didn't help. I am giving this 2 stars because after much time and frustration, I was finally able to download 2 books, but if this is what you want this MP3 player for, I wouldn't recommend this device.

Works great, can't upload music
I got these for my daughters for Christmas, already uploaded with music. A few months later, we added more. Recently, they wanted to add some new songs, and though I tried multiple computers and cords, they were not recognized as devices, so now we can't upload anything new. They still work and charge, but can't be updated with more music.

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for this would’ve done very well for a very basic MP3 player but mine did not have a touchscreen one cool thing is that it held e-books but reading them on that tiny screen is not so convenient the battery life is good but it was not as great as an iPod obviously which I’m used to. But overall not a bad deal for the price at all

Received the MP3 payer on time. It was very easy to get the music added and the sound is great. I received earplugs and a case with the player that protects it from drops, etc. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a portable player.

Good MP3 Player
I bought this for my husband (who is hard on electronics) and it held up for about 2 years- he dropped it, ran it through the washing machine, and it fell out of his pocket while riding his motorcycle. When he found it on the side of the road it still worked. I was surprised and impressed that this MP3 player lasted him so long!
