Easy to set up and use. The power supply comes with a 2 pin plug so needs an adapter (used a shaver adapter).Using it to connect 3 SCART only devices to new TV (with only HDMI inputs) in conjunction with a SCART to HDMI converter (available separately on Amazon).Switches automatically to the SCART device most recently powered on.All works a treat allowing access to my 3 SCART devices (with the added benefit of only using one HDMI port on the TV).

This works perfectly.I'm running a sky+HD box & a PS3 through it for my bedroom CRT TV.It uses the 'last device switched on' method, whereby if one device is already on & you switch on another, the 2nd device is routed to the TV. If you then switch off the 2nd device, it reverts back to the 1st.'Auto switching' also works fine - where the TV detects the signal from the device & switches over to that input automatically.2 things to note though:1) This product IS powered & is supplied with a mains adaptor.2) The mains adaptor supplied has an E.U. specification 2 pin plug, so you will need a converter.

This is a fantastic piece of kit. I use this for my old games consoles: ps1, ps2, and gamecube.I've got high quality scart cables from RetroGameCables connected to these consoles. I did previously use a cheap nasty scart splitter to connect to my CRT TV, which really muddied the picture quality. This Bandridge adapter is a million times better.Added bonuses:- My PS1 used to intermittently lose signal when directly connected my CRT TV. With this scart splitter, it hasn't dropped its signal even once. Most likely the added benefit of this scart splitter being powered by mains.- the device has a 3.5mm audio jack. You can hook up some better speakers or some wired headphones with ease.Things to note (which other reviewers seem to have knocked):- This does not come with a scart out cable, you'll need to provide your own. make sure its high quality and ideally short length to minimise signal loss.- it needs to be powered by mains; however the device only comes with a european 2 pin plug, not a UK 3 pin plug. Make sure you have a spare Euro-UK adapter for this.All in all, very a nice product.

Retro gaming folks, make no mistake: this one has FULL BLOWN RGB inputs and ouputs. I've been using it for the past few months with a Bang & Olufsen BeoCenter 1 and it's perfect, the same quality as if I had connected the SCART RGB cable directly to the TV's input.I believe the reason for that is that this switcher is powered, and comes with a mains adapter (despite not saying so in the product description: it DOES comes with a power supply, although it has the European 2 pin plug, you'll need an adapter for that.The switching is very fast, introduces no noise when switching, all in all, I only wish it had more inputs, but if you need anything better/more complex/with more inputs, then the solution is to go with specialized retrogaming solutions from Lotharek or OtakuStore. But then the price is up to 10 times more.

I bought this box to link my freesat and DVD player to my TV.I have given five stars because the box works extremely well. The box can be stood up or laid flat. To switch between DVD and freesat, I unplug the DVD plug from the wall socket and plug in the freesat plug. I've had it for about 1 month and there haven't been any picture or audio problems. Would recommend.

Item arrived today, unpacked it was not to find a wet substance all over the plug! Took photos and not sure what the substance is but being an electrical product could be very dangerous. Will be returning the item and not happy!

Let me be another to add to the confirmations that this is indeed NOT self powered, not even close. It needs to be plugged in and it needs to be plugged in via a two pin plug. This is the stage I am at in this process. I have an adaptor on order and so I trust the other reviews on here enough to mean this will hopefully be the end of my troubles vis a vis easily watching tv via 3 sources.

I though this might be crap because initially it was, all my consoles had expensive scart cables on them, but this under performed, put a top notch cable from this to the TV and it's frankly the nuts. Used to get hazy colour bleedy signals on 4th gen consoles, now it's the auto switching nuts. Can't recommend retrogamingcables.co.uk enough for realising just how good this switching box is. get yourself an eu to uk adapter tho, comes only with the wrong connector. just make sure you buy a proper one rather than a pussy amp shaving one. easy £2 purhase

I bought this for a handful of retro consoles that output RGB, this handles them very well, which is abnormal because old consoles tend not to adhere to video standards very well, so they are often incompatible with many devices. This switch is about as small as it could be with all the ports built into it.

Très pratique pour brancher 3 appareil simultanément.Qualité RAS boîtier ne prend pas trop de place.Petit et efficace

Vi este producto en una review de un canal de YT, buscaba el modelo de 5 -el superior-, pero no sé si está descatalogado o a mi me costó encotrarlo. Miré en Ebay u este producto está especulado a precios desorbitados.Me decanté por dos de tres conexiones SCART y el resultado es inmejorable. Ni un fallo, detecta las consolas al instante y con una gran calidad. Asi que amantes de lo retro a darle una nueva vida a vuestras amigas.Lo recomiendo

Prodotto sicuramente in linea con le aspettative e pertanto di buona qualità. Il segnale video viene trasmesso immediatamente e senza necessità di azionare un comando switch. Unica piccola seccatura l'alimentazione di rete, ma ci si passa sopra subito. 1-2 ingressi scart in più non avrebbero infine guastato. Consigliato!
