Great experience. Did a lot of research to buy a first 3D printer as a b-day present for my 10-yr old son. Within an hour of opening the package, we were on our way to printing. He has done several prints of his own creation without a glitch so far. Set-up is incredibly simple (although inserting the filament was the trickiest part). Loved the how-to videos, VERY useful. Don't know about any other printers, but this has met expectations, I am sure it is a great entry level printer and for the price it seemed just right. Good job!!!

Price great. Some issues with assembly due to part irregularities. Nothing the hobbyist cant handle, but you better BE a hobbyist and have the diy gene if you buy this product. Also after a very short period of use the z axis gantry pully caught on the screw head half way up, and locked the right side. Before I could get to the plug the transformer popped and let the factory smoke out. This is a 20 amp xformer and I had a 30 in my stock. All fixed now and has been running great after I replaced the transformer and pulled the screw out of the gantry. (Reinforced it with a bead of hot glue instead..Long story short... Dont buy as a gift unless you are "Product support" I see the future need for some repairs and upgrades. But I repeat- Price is great for what you get.Problem yet to be solved: How do I get the xformer replaced, and is it going to still be maybe too small and blow up if a motor jams again?Will hope 1 star gets attention and replacment of part. Happy to amend rating. Still VERY possible to get a great review from me. In the meantime will be printing tons of stuff to learn the 3d maker vibe!Stay tuned for updated review.Please send me contact info to arrange replacment of parts.

 It is a very useful device for its low cost. It takes some patience to put it together, but the help video is essential. Perhaps, the video lacks indications on how to put the print thread and a small sample of the printer working. I highly recommend this printer, I attach a video of its operation.

I Love the ease of use and setup of this printer/ customer service in stellar!! Out of the box and printing within the hour- so happy with this.

Delivery was very quick which worked out since it was a Xmas gift. Instructions for set up was extremely easy and we was able to get it up and running in no time. There was a challenge the second time we used it because their system used to print a object caught a virus or something. However their customer service was excellent and they are working on the problem.

We've had it for a few weeks but there are a lot of technical issues. We had about a dozen good prints but then there were problems.

We bought this for 8th grade science and it handles what we need to do. While not the best printer out there, it fits our budget and needs for our curriculum. It will give the students a firm knowledge of the 3D printing process.

This product is a great option for affordable 3d printing. I bought it as a gift for my boyfriend and he was incredibly happy. We built the unit together. There is a lot of learning involved in getting good 3d prints from any printer but this one seems to do just fine with the right settings.This seller is very helpful and responds quickly to questions.
