Electronic Ballast for F8T5, F11T5, F13T5, F14T5, F21T5 Fluorescent Lamp - HD16/21-120A

I only had this for three months an it burned out. I have tried to contact the seller, but he will not answer me. Stay away from this seller.

Ballast went out in my light fixture which was paired with an identical one. I did not want to replace both even though there were LED replacements instead of CFL. I decided to go with a replacement ballast, and this one was identical to what was in the old fixture. Already had three replacement bulbs, so the net cost to replace the ballast was much less than to replace two LED fixtures even accounting for the electricity savings with an LED over two years.

Wasn't what I needed. Based on the initial advertisement it was for two lights, when in fact it was for one.
