Smooth Glide Technology

The trimmer works extremely well, however the razor does not quite deliver the smooth finish it promises. It takes ages to get a patch smooth, I gave up and just used a non-automatic razor instead. Very loud, but that is to be expected. Would recommend for the trimmer, but people looking for a completely smooth finish should be aware. Also, the box it comes in is really pretty.

Had less than a year and it’s already stopped holding its charge. Never used much as it really doesn’t work very well. Certainly doesn’t provide a close shave.

Six months after purchase the shaver won't charge. I left it plugged in for over 24 h and it holds no charge. It shaves ok, but it's useless if you can't recharge it.

I really like this hair trimmer. I have tried some in the past, only to find out that it hurts because it pulls hair (bikini area). This one does not hurt. Highly recommend.

Came to charge it and the fitting for the charger is rubbish need to hold it in place applying pressure. I'm not sitting there for hours holding it in place. Not happy.
