I said fit as expected because most of the proportions were okay. The issue however, and it should have been a deal breaker was the "side boob" problem. We thought the dress was completely respectable in every other fashion and my daughter was absolutely in love with it. If it hadn't been for her pleading, I would have returned the dress. It cuts in on the sides leaving everything exposed, and with the wrong movement or bending, I do mean everything!She begged me to take it to our alterations lady and just "see" if anything could be done. After spending almost as much in alterations as we did on the dress, it was absolutely stunning!!! Because the original purchase price was reasonable, in total we were still within budget. The key was to have our lady add pads that took it off of the sides and pushed it up instead. Due to the high neckline this didn't cause any cleavage exposure, so we were pleased. The dress is very high quality and my daughter couldn't have been happier.

Purchased this dress for my daughter to wear to the prom. The dress is beautiful. My daughter is 5'0 so we had to have it altered, dress was extremely long. I would rate 5 but the dress is difficult to put on. It has a latch on the top or the back but you have to put the dress on over your head. The zipper I believe does not go all the way up which could possibly help with putting on the dress better. Suggestion, the straps on both sides should have some type of attachment from the back so one could step into the dress and then fasten. I hope this helps. Other than that, we loved the dress and she received lots of compliments. Also, quick delivery.

unfortunately its a little tight where my ribs are its also hard to get on because it attaches on one side of the strap, hoping i can get it taking out like a quarter inch on each side if they can't do it then i will have to return it, i think one size high may be to big not sure but the ball is in 15 days and to return and get next size up and still have it hemmed shorty i would be taking my chances. it is really pretty. I am a size 10 somethings a size 8 thats what I ordered should have size larger.

This dress in the royal blue color is gorgeous. I can't wait to wear this to a prom. It was long but I'm 5'5" so I expected that to be the case. A lot better quality than I expected for the price. The only complaint that i have is about the bust area. There is a lot of padding and it is a lot more narrow than expected. I'm not sure how but my seamstress is going to fix it so that I don't have side boob.

Bought this for my daughter for Prom after all the great reviews I saw. I measured according to the chart and placed my order on Sunday. Paid the $10 expedited shipping and received it on Thursday. Very impressed. Opened the package and inspected the garment for quality and again very impressed. My daughter tried it on and fit perfectly other than a little loose at the neck area which we are having adjusted at a local alterations shop inexpensively. I highly recommend this dress and company for value, fit, and quality. Would definitely order from them again in the future. Will post a pic with this review after her HS Prom.

Color is as expected. My daughter is 5' and it's way too long. The top is a little too large (cups are big). With a little tacking on the sides, it should be ok. The dress came in early in time for alterations. Overall a good purchase.

Needed the dress for a ball last month. Not sure if i ordered too small or if it was the dispute of the dress but i had side boob the entire night. Not horrific but for a more modest person is a bit much. Might be better ordering a size up. Pretty lavender color.

Excellent quality! Just like expensive dress. The only problem is the breast part because it's too large. The dress is very long but I expected that because I am small. I have the royal blue dress and the color is stunning!
