Update:Thanks for all the upvotes 😊Was previously worry-free about installing freeware from the internet. But recently I installed some 6-7 freeware software, and my computer was affected by malware, after which I uninstalled the freeware. My PC was running quite slow and lagging and hanging up after about an hour of the boot. Was a bit concerned, so I did the full boot-time scan, but the program was unable to find the malwareSo did some digging in task manager and found out about a updater.exe program running in the background. Immediately I noticed that this has to be the malware app.So I located that application on the disk, but to my surprise, it was running from internal c drive folder called "Common Files" with a Firefox logo, so then I illogically uninstalled Firefox. But the Updater app was still there running in the background listed in task manager.I could not delete the app directly as it is as had disguised itself as an important part of the Windows OS Program files. So next thing I did was to install Malwarebytes and it detected that they were five malware and system was affected. And to my surprise, one of the apps was updater.exe which I previously speculated at first. So here I am after removing malware.Lost all my trust on Quick Heal.Quick Heal could not even detect the malware running in the memory (RAM).If you are carefree just like me(have faith in the antivirus program) then Kaspersky or even BitDefender might be a better option.I've personally used Kaspersky and heard that BitDefender is equally good. Also, they both have awarded the best protection software by AV-Comparativesand can find reviews for them on YouTube or even ask any friend of yours. But Stay away from Quick Heal.

Good, easy to use software
Brought this on the email option and the same was delivered within 2 hours which was really impressive. The installation is simple and well guided. I am now using it for 1 week and I see the s/w is regularly blocking sites and also highlighting suspicious activities. The virus definitions have been updated automatically twice in the last 4 days which is really impressive. Overall, my experience is pretty good.

The only antivirus software you need
First things first, quick heal is one of the best affordable antivirus out thereAnd despite of being affordable, it works really well. I've used it for a year and it has protected my laptop well.I am someone who wander around unsafe websites for research purposes, so i needed something goodGlad I found this for my Laptop's safety.Another thing I quite liked is that it promps me with incredibly helpful resources regarding security like blogs, news, tech updates. They are fun to read for a curious person like me.The only thing I didn't like was that it increased my boot time by 1 or 2 seconds. That's not a lot, but still, some people may be concerned about that, so I'm putting it here.

My go to anti-virus for my laptop every year.
I have been using quick heal anti-virus pro since last 5 years and it has been really good with my laptop. The new quick heal also provides 6 months free anti virus for your device which is helpful in mobile these days. It consumes very less space and lesser data and detects virus very quickly. It's in the budget for a pc for a year. I recommend it highly as well as total security one as well.

Lots of features! Easy to install, but not easy to use!! And clumsy interface!
In my opinion, it is a good anti-virus for home users. It has many features like a firewall, sandbox, anti-keylogger, intrusion detection, along with a 'TrackMyLaptop' antitheft system: it seems more like a suite than a standalone antivirus. But its interface is very poor.Quick Heal can easily handle multiple simultaneous scans, too but the scanning process is a little slower than average.A URL filter is included to block access to infected websites. It is effective, but it's not very configurable. If Quick Heal falsely flags a legitimate site, you can't bypass the warning to visit it anyway. It was pretty much easy to install but it is not very easy to use.PROS:Lots of featuresSimple firewall includedRuns on anything from Windows 2000 upCONS :Weak supportClumsy interface
