Portions Mastef Plate | Diet Weight Loss Aid | Food Management & Servings Control (185lb / 84kg)

So far this plate is amazing, helps portion control, and dishwasher safe. I haven’t had it long enough to reach my goal weight but I have noticed even without the plate I’m eating less.

I love the premise of this, Eat what you want put in plate and ta da you are 180 pounds no counting or anything. But didn't think of how to measure combo foods like pizza, tacos, sandwiches/burgers.

I ordered the 185 lb plate. Received the package today and it says 245 lbs, the sticker on the package says 185 lbs but the plate is green like the 215 lb plate. No clue which plate I have.

I only just used this for the first time but I will try and update with my progress. For now I thought I would share some of the info that is given on the plastic baggy that the plate comes in. Before purchasing I had asked if there was instructions on how many times to eat a day and if I could add fat. Everyone said it came with no instructions. So I'm happy to see that there is some instructions included. I also was surprised at how big the portions were since I assumed it would be minuscule.

I didn't realize that this plate have no bottom you have to use your own plate but the measurements are good

I ordered a plate for me and my husband. The 125 lb plate for me and the 185 lb plate for my husband.These plates are great!! It took a couple of days for us to get used to eating smaller with each meal but once we saw the scale move a couple of pounds down, we were on a roll! I would recommend this plate for anyone struggling to find different methods to loose weight. The skinny plate is the ultimate method that really works!!
