The company will not refund you when it does not work.
THis is the second one I purchased. The first one did not worked the ink leaked horribly. The company refused a refund. I thought maybe I did something wrong. Bought another one. This one did not leak however the cartridges did not work. My printer door kept opening and frankly it is not worth the trouble to try to get this to work. I cannot send it back because the ink would be everywhere. So not only did I lose my money on this I loast my money on the ink I purchased to be inserted into these cartridges. Worst mistake ever.
