You can never go wrong with DK. I have previously bought The Journey of Indian Railways from DK and I became their admirer. The images , the color , the font ,everything stands amongst the best.

Well, I don't doubt or have any speculation that the books by DK might be rated any-less than five stars. This one book, along with the Origin of Species, make the most thorough and well-illustrated study on the subject. Some breathtaking images of the Neanderthals, the Hominis etcetera leave us spellbound throughout. It doesn't limit itself to the ancient primordial men, but continue forth until the Egyptian, the Mesopotamia and the Indus Valley Civilisation.

This is a great book giving a great overview of our evolution. It has some amazing photographs and the accompanying text is informative and interesting. It is a great reference book for artists and ofcourse anyone interested in this subject. Highly recommended.

The quality is high and I got what I ordered. I was afraid that I might get a duplicate copy like few other times. But I received the original one.

The media could not be loaded. It's a fun read, book material quality is just superb, illustrations are equally good.Book doesn't smell nice though😀, as long as you don't want to smell it go for it

It is amazing just go for it if you really want to look in detail about the human origins , geographical concepts and amazing details in photos as like any other dk book .

I already have the first edition, yet I went for the second edition since the cost was reasonable for this wonderful book on human evolution by Dr.Alice Roberts. It has one additional species of hominid added from 23 to 24 now. This book should be in every school child's home. Very inspiring!
