Absolutely delicious condiment
Extremely versatile ingredient. Very flavourful. The only thing to be mindful of is the salt content. It's extremely salty, so don't add any salt. Highly recommend mixing it with mayo.

bit annoying they don't list the ingredients here....if anyone is wondering it does contain fish and squid.
