Great foot compression sleeve that targets the arch! I got these for my Mom who has plantar fasciitis. She likes to wear these around the house for compression and support. She also wears them out but with a sock over the sleeve. They help b providing extra support and help with circulation. For the price and quick shipping via Amazon Prime, we are pleased.

They were very uncomfortable for my feet. I'm not saying some people don't have tougher feet than me. But as soon as I put them on and try to walk on them it felt like I was walking on a rock and I know that's not what it's supposed to do but that's what it feels like

How do you know where to line it up on your foot? There were no wearing instructions that came with the package
