Great Hand-Held Shower Head
Well, out of the box...I didn't want to like it! It just didn't offer the 'weight' that I expected. The hose length seemed a bit shorter than I had expected. Now, the reality is...it's great in daily use! It installed much more easily than I thought. I followed the directions and didn't add teflon tape. Surprisingly, there were no leaks! Once water moved through the unit, it does offer a bit more weight. We must have decent water pressure, because with no 'altering' of the filters, the pressure is great! It adjusts easily and offers a nice variety of sprays. We are more than happy with this product.

I replaced two shower heads with these hand held units. They are nice but not as solid as the original Moen one I have to our master bathroom. Makes me wonder if. Moen makes cheaper versions for resale market, and higher quality units for builders/contractors. The resale ones appear to be plastic and the original one metal. Regardless, they were easy to install and hopefully will last for years.

Moen Rocks!
I like this design because the handle attaches to the clamp putti g the shower head at a higher position - perfect for my 6’6” height.This replaced a similar Moen shower head.In hindsight my first call should have been to Moen because once I did call them they sent replacement part free of charge.Moen may not be the least expensive but they are excellent quality and have always stood behind their products for me.Thanks!

Easy to install. Functions well.
So far I haven't found anything to dislike about this. It works great. If needed, I would buy this again.

Very simple to install!
I needed to replace a hand-held shower fixture. A video about the Moen product convinced me that it was very simple to install, so I bought this one. It really is as simple as the video said, no tools needed, no tape, nothing but fingers. It has several nice sprays and is very good looking too. I love it and recommend it!

It has good water pressure, but drips a lot when it is turned off for a couple minutes.
