This is much nicer in my opinion than the small scraggly leafs you can buy at the mainstream supermarkets and compares favorably to the imported leaves from Asian supermarkets

Bland
I found this extremely bland compared to the thai basil that I usually buy from asian supermarkets. When I first tasted it I briefly thought I'd mistakenly been sent normal basil. Won't be buying again

Very nice
Fresh and light, kept their colour even in my sauce. Wonderful aroma with a hint of anise.
