end of adapter was an extremely snug fit, so after using it the 2nd time the end of the plug came off and stayed in my speaker. More than likely due to the fact that the correct end wasn't provided by the seller. Amperage was also slightly higher than my OEM adapter which may also end up causing issues. Seller offered a replacement under warranty, but wanted ME to pay $5.90 for shipping. I said this isn't right, and they came back and said that it's USPS that charges the shipping and not them. Well duh, if you stand behind your products then you will replace it 100% free of charge and pay the shipping also. So I went ahead and ordered the replacement OEM adapter for only $5 more so I will get the correct one this time.

I am very satisfied with this power cord for my laptop. The cord length is a little shorter than my last one, but it still works very well for me. The price is fantastic. My puppies ate 2 of my cords and the first one I bought was a universal one from an expensive company. That was a ridiculous move on my part. If these pups get at this cord again, hopefully not, but if they do, I will purchase again from this company again.
