Arrived in a box that looked like someone stood in it!!!
Arrived with the box all smashed in. Not sure if the contents are broken (bought as a gift) don't know what to do with it now. Totally unpresentable. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Feather was tatty and damaged. This ruffled my feathers a bit
The contents of the box had come loose and presumably this is why the feather go a bit damaged.
