It's a complicated ritual, but it makes magic...

Learning experience
This cold brew coffee maker boasts a unique design that unfortunately doesn't work as well as intended and allows more water through than originally intended. With the help of a great work around though, this still manages to make a great cup of coffee. Instead of using water and ice, i simply use only ice. I set it up on my counter before i go to bed and by morning i have about 2 full mugs of coffee.

Use this for 3 times and it broke - updated - exchanged and working fine now
Use this for 3 times and it broke. The ideal is nice too bad they just use a very cheap material.*** UpdatedGood customer service. I can give them that, they already exchanged me the new one and it's working fine now.Well, I still like the ideal so I will give it a try and try not to break any thing then.

Overflows easily
The slow drip is so slow that it overflows all the time. Takes too long to brew coffee, go with another product. I wound up returning it due to product not working/meeting expectations.

Easily made delicious iced coffee.
Flawlessly designed for the perfect drip brew of cold or hot coffee, maybe used for tea. Very beautiful to view product, as well so that is making the drip brew. One must allow it to Brew slowly or it shall come out weaker than desired, Which is entirely my fault because I did not quite understand the drip rate controller. I am very pleased with the pleasant cold drip method as it is not the least bit bitter and very desirable for ice coffee. I highly recommend this product as there are no problems to be seen to date while using it as a cold drip brew for iced coffee.

Great at first. Now, not so much.
Seal for the drip did not last. 6 months in and only a few uses the water leaks from all sides of the adjustable drip mechanism.

It is awesome. At the same time
For the first time I heard about iced coffee , the first time I tried it. I was so surprised. The coffee dripping from the ice cubes has a strong coffee flavor and no burnt smell. It is awesome. At the same time, the speed of ice droplets can be adjusted well by adjusting the rods. The weather is hot now, and it is a good choice to have a cold cup of coffee in the morning.
