Use LESS than 2-3 TB. as stated in most 2 qt. recipes as it is VERY strong, Keeps low fat frozen yogurt and ice cream from forming ice crystals and separation when freezing, worked great in my Cusinart ice cream maker. You can make healthy desserts with this.
