Vitaspelt Non-GMO Spelt Flour, 5 lb bag

This spelt flour is very good and has a slight nutty flavor. I got it to make healthy sour dough bread. Excellent quality for the money.

The spelt bread tasted perfect. The weight/size of the package and price made the purchase worthwhile and cost-effective when considering what is locally available. Flour grind was good. What more can you want?

We think spelt flour has more flavor and is more nutritious than whole wheat, and makes great pumpkin bread, waffles and crackers, or anything else you use flour for. Our local grocery stores don't carry it.

I started to use spelt instead of white flour years ago. Spelt has a great taste and doesn't inflame my arthritic joints the way white flour does. The price is right for me, and I like to keep this on hand at all times.
