Fresh and delicious
We wanted to roast our own peanuts for a fresh flavor, and also to reduce the amount of oil and salt added to them. We've thoroughly enjoyed using these peanuts as a base. They taste very fresh and roast up nicely in the oven with just a bit of spray oil and a light coating of salt.
