Q: Is this robe made in the USA?

No they are super soft though and not to hot like other robes

Q: What sz. Should i order, 5'4" and 160 lbs. ?

Order large. The shoulders are a bit wide on this. I put a piece of velcro on the lapel to accomodate narrow shoulders.

Q: If I order light blue is it see through ?? ?

Don’t think so. I ordered light grey and you can’t see through it. Good quality I am happy with mine.

Q: Is this 100% cotton? I've seen a review saying her's was polyester.

It is very soft 100 % cotton. Like a tee shirt. But I will say they run huge. I am 5’ 145. I usually get a large, but wish I bought a medium. It has an inside tie and a belt but I use a small safety pin to hold the top closed. And they are made in China.
