Color:Round, green, blue, purple Hand therapy exercise is combining occupational and physical therapy modalities to help rehabilitate the hands, fingers, and wrist disorders and injuries by using physical methods and devices such as grips, balls, bands, stacking cones, and weight bars. Hand therapy exercise is used for a variety of applications in rehabilitation centers, sports medicine facilities, hospitals and clinics for such conditions as arthritis, nerve damage, carpal tunnel syndrome, fractures and muscles/tendon tears Hand exercise benefit Exercise is an essential part of managing arthritis and minimizing the pain associated with the disease, according to the Arthritis Foundation. Instead of increasing joint pain, regular exercise increases flexibility and reduces stiffness. An exercise routine that includes an exercise ball for arthritic hands can build up the muscles around the joints and decrease the amount of inflammation the disease produces. Beginnings You should start any new exercise routine slowly. According to the Arthritis Foundation, many people fear trying new physical activities because they already are in so much pain. Getting over the initial fear of increasing that pain involves taking the ball in hand and squeezing very gently a couple times. As the pain recedes and your fingers become stronger, you can add repetitions to reap additional benefits. Features Hand exercise balls also are commonly referred to as stress balls because people use them to alleviate tension. Stress balls come in a variety of sizes and resistance levels. According to Ohio State University Medical Center, you should start with larger balls that just fit in the palm of your hand and allow the tips of your finger to curl over the edges. Soft balls filled with foam, air or beads can provide a limited amount of resistance as you strengthen your hands.

Very nice stress ball
Very nice stress ball, durable and squishy but with just enough resistance. I bought one for my son who is 15 and a bit fidgety, we liked it so much that I got another for myself. I am a pretty calm person usually, but this is great for stress relief, anxiety relief, and just general fidgeting. I like to mess with it when deep in thought. I am optimistic that it'll be a good distraction from quitting cigarettes. The balls are 3 different realms of firmness, 3 colors, comes with detailed instructions on the package. Small hand can hold 2 balls, but hold 3 balls not that easy, larger hand can. Just right weight and good squishy feel, no any malodour. One month after using the set, it completely looks as a new set, satisfied with the quality truly, and really nice set for my joint pains. I would recommend them for sure.

Squeezed Out A Win
I bought these for my wife who was looking for something to give her hands some therapeutic exercise. She liked the fact that the balls have a varied degree of squeeze resistance according to color. Plus she really liked the different colors. Since these made her happy, I'm giving this product five starts.

The hand exercise balls are quite good, but they didn't come with the carry bag ...
The hand exercise balls are quite good, but they didn't come with the carry bag as stated in the description, which is inconvenient as they need to be stored away from light

Well made
each ball is a different strength. I would have preferred to be able to choose which I want. But they work fine and have a nice bag to store them.
