A rare find.
This company is great. Their UK grill needs a simple adapter to work in the UK (not supplied but cheap and easy to find following their advice). The only UK injera grill I have been able to find, and worth the hassle.

Missing part
The dome didn’t have the black handle right in the middle so it was a just a hole in the middle and it is still hard to find that pice.
