I ordered a size larger than the size chart indicates because I am a large American and Asian size charts go by height alone. I only gave it 4 stars so you would read this and be alerted. Because I understand that rounder folks have to order a size up (more if you are pretty round or very broad in the chest), I did it automatically and am very satisfied with my purchase. I wash it in gentle, hang it to dry. It's as good as I hoped, better than I expected. I recommend this site to my Tai Chi Students.

Okay, I didn't want to deduct stars, because the product itself is beautiful and comfortable, exactly what it's supposed to be. However, be aware that this outfit is basically for skinny people. I'm in decent shape, but I'm still a little round in the middle, and even going up a size in uniforms, the pants were just way too tight. Furthermore, because I did go up in size, they were almost too long; I know they are supposed to be very loose and baggy, but I might of actually walked on the folds hanging over my feet if I'd tried to wear this around town. So I had to return the item, because even if I had gone up another size and it fit the waist, it would then be WAY too long. Which sucked, because this suit, which I'm pretty sure really is silk, is otherwise fantastic, and I could not find a comparable one anywhere on Amazon.

The uniform fits small. Im 6,0 190 34 inch waist. The size large pants were on the tight side and the shirt fit small too. If you want the uniform to have enough room to move around comfortably order one size larger. The material is a good quality the collar and cuffs on shirt fit well. The frog buttons make the uniform. The EX large pants are on the big side but for fredom of movement this is the fit I prefer for TaiChi.

Really like this uniform - I was weary at first that it might not fit since I could not try it on, but decided that at such a great price it is worth a try and I am so glad I decided to go with it!The quality is much better than I expected for such a great price, seeing as how many of these tend to be made with lower quality fabric and the sizing can sometimes be way off, but this one is made really well and the fit was spot on! It is comfortable to wear and doesn't restrict my movement when practicing Tai Chi which can be the biggest problem with finding a good Tai Chi uniform.

I'm 6'7", 235lbs and got the 2X; the largest size they sell. The sizes run small so ORDER ONE OR TWO SIZES BIGGER. This arrived in quick fashion, and it fits COMFORTABLY! I was amazed! It's so hard and near impossible to find Tai Chi gear that a guy my size can fit, and I really lucked up with this seller! I can drop down into a low horse stance in the trousers with no trouble or risk of ripping the seam, the blouse is loose, long, and fits relaxed, giving me a full range of motion, which is important for what I'm studying! They even listed the recommended size chart on the sales page to make it easier! I would gladly buy another uniform from these folks...especially if there's a royal blue or gold color one!

Arrived today; fit almost perfectly - a bit longer between inseam and waistband but I'm 5'3' and have a short waist. Rolling it down once at the waist wasn't enough of an issue to be snarky over - besides, the ankles are elasticized so no length concerns with regard to the cuffs dragging on tripping on. The color was exactly as shown, wearing it movement is fluid and light, and I like it enough to order two more once I finish this review.

Excellent, just as previous unit I bought earlier. This color included an inside pants pocket for those that stay connected except during practice. Also tried a large instead of an extra large as was suggested in the sizing chart, perfect fit! On my way to get a different color for each month. The Frog Button front is a good visual aid for students to see the waist turn with weight shift that occurs with T'ai Chi Chih. Looking forward to my next purchase!

I love it. It is wonderfully cut and moves with you. I am glad that I ordered bigger size, although the Chinese size of triple X freaks you out a little, my US size is tall 8, but the fabric is nicely flowing and the size does not matter. What matters for me is an inseam (36 inches) and the sleeve length. This uniform fits perfectly.
