A new concept
I found this a very new and interesting concept. Since I am not a breakfast eater nor am I big into protein shakes this is a great alternative for me. I love my morning coffee and since I play tennis 5 mornings a week this concoction fills me up and keeps me energized. Well explained and a very different concept to what we have been taught for so many years. Bad on you FDA for leading us astray. Fat is good, carbs are bad!

Taste Great!
I had heard a lot about butter coffee, but after reading this eBook I decided to give it a try. After drinking it I felt full and I was able to eat a light breakfast.The butter coffee was very refreshing and I was happy to learn that it also provided great nutrients. I felt very good the whole day and I had a lot of energy.The author also did an excellent job explaining all of the various fats and how butter coffee is really a plus and can even help you lose weight. I'm looking forward to trying the other recipes in this eBook.

I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in a new way ...
What an interesting book. I had never heard of a Butter Coffee before reading this book. It clearly explains the differences in all fats as well as explains medium chain triglycerides. The second part of the book offers an array of butter coffee recipes to help everyone interested in losing weight. I cannot wait to try one of the recipes soon. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in a new way to lose weight slowly and effectively.

Looks promising!
Actually I love to drink coffee and look for some coffee recipes and I found this "Butter Coffee 101”. But this does not come along only with the recipes as it does include some dietary facts and an introduction to butter coffee too. I’m really happy with my purchase and recommend this to all as well. You should also need to give a try on this.

Best $1 I've spent on a book!
Short and sweet and to the point, very basic info but for $1...awesome! I also liked the recipes included :)

Not supported by facts or references
I regret to say that this is a terribly written book. Other reviewers have suggested that this is pure plagiarism. None of the key ideas are supported by references to original research. This doesn't read like a cohesive piece of professional writing and it fails to explain why following its suggestions would be beneficial.

This book is concise and easy to follow.I would recommend it to anybody who wants to get fit and healthy.It turns our current thinking on its head but makes sense.
