Very pleased, Great overall value
I don't regularly write reviews for things I buy on Amazon, but this is more in my realm of expertise.As someone very conscious about the environmental impact of E-Waste, I'm always buying tech products used.I bought this with the intent to see how Amazon "Renewed" products ultimately end up being in terms of value for the money. Overall, I'd say I'm fairly satisfied.The Good:- Device arrived in great working order, fairly clean even- Device actually has an H-series processor (i5-10400H (4 Core/8 thread) as opposed to the U-series that is advertised in the listing (more performance at slightly higher power usage)- Device battery health was pretty decent, around 80% health (take this with a grain of salt as you may receive something better or worse; of course)- Whatever if any work done internally was done properly with little sign of the device being opened previously- Device shipped with an activated copy of Windows 10 Pro (it's not uncommon for some refurbishers to NOT activate Windows)- Device ships with a OEM chargerThe Neutral(/Not so good):- Device appears to have the same thermal paste that it originally shipped from the OEM with. This essentially means that it may run a bit hot depending on your workload. This is par for the course with H-series processors in the Dell Latitude 5XX1 series of laptops.- Device had a sticker cover applied to the lid of the laptop to hide any scuffs/scratches from previous usage (not a huge deal, entirely cosmetic)- Device shipped with a HD screen as opposed to a FHD screen (something mentioned in the listing, but it's tucked away)

Product Didn’t work
Certified Refurbished? Not possible because Battery or cord doesn’t work. Cannot charge the computer upon receiving it. Had just enough juice to get my information now wont even turn on so I can’t get my information off.

Works Great
Between the quad core with 8 threads, the SSD and the memory this laptop is fast all day long. Great deal for the price.

At this point...does it work....?
dislike > the dell refurb laptop pc would not start. Many tries with & without the power cord/charger. Very frustrated. Why send along an "inspection Sheet" when it doesn't work ?
