How it can turn down you
Defective pieces-we could understand that only after assembling one of the units . items should be checked before packing and sending them to customers-otherwise what's the gain in online shopping?

Upset as kit was not complete
The holographic lamp kit didn't hv the led strip in it. Had gifted it so got to know only after it was opened. By then the return window closed. Would appreciate if I get a replacement.
