FSC 1000ug Vitamin B12 - Pack of 30 Tablets

This is a standard large dry tablet. Not suitable for sublingual disolving. Other than that, seems to be fine. If you just want a budget B12 tablet, these are an excellent option.

This is an excellent product for the price, although it is not suitable for sublingual use (dissolving in the mouth is preferable with B12 supplements). The tablets are easy to take and were all intact, always a bonus after more than one tub of other brands turning out to be broken into bits, making them harder to take and ensuring you get the full nasty taste experience. I also liked the bottle they came in, it's sturdy and easy to open.B12 deficiency is an issue that affects many people (vegan or not) nowadays, in part due to modern farming practices, so reliable brands that don't cost the Earth are nice to find.

take with betaine hydrochloride low stomach acid much improved

due to my iron levels being low and used this as an addition with my diet.Works very well and will be buying more at a later date

This personal care item when I bought it was in good price it is a good vitamins as well about its effect I have to wait and see
