10kg does the trick - Great results!
I got a 10kg weighted bar from Viavito to help me get through lockdown without access to the gym. I didn't want to resort to body weight only and this has helped me keep on top of my game. I have now used the bar consistently for some time and I would be keen to purchase the next level up (12.5kg) as I have noticed a positive difference in my physique and feel challenged having something to lift. The quality of the bar is good, not once when using it did I feel like uncomfortable or would be easily dropped.The weight of the bar was well distributed and felt great in the hands. Overall this was a great buy that does the job well. I would defiantly recommend buying this if you are looking for a workable and and comfortable weight.

Nice light weight bar
This arrived slightly bowed. Not actually an issue but it was enough for me to notice. It is useful for back exercises where you need to keep your arms ar a constant distant apart. The finish is good for gym equipment.

Bought this to used with the Reebok step for cardio programmes we play through our apple tv. One two up, one two down! Here we go for 2018. Very well made product, good weight, bar padded.

AMAZING LOCKDOWN PURCHASE!
Absolutely amazed by this product! For £22.99 I was not expecting much, but I'm truly blown away. Not only did it come after two days (it's not due to be delivered until AT LEAST the 16th - 19th). But it came how it's shown. The quality is amazing, and it's worked exceedingly well in my workout. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. And will be buying more! Great lockdown purchase.
