Disappointed.....
Fun idea & the packaging was great, but the product just wasn't that great. The chocolate cake part was thick & there was not much filling, & the black cherry center was almost nonexistent. Maybe a different flavor would be better, but I'm not willing to find out.

Black Forest Wicked Whoopie, One Dozen ...well they, arrived on time and looked as pictured in the ad. They were wicked good. Soft cake, creamy filling I and my guests Loved them.

Save your money
Did not taste like wicked whoopie pie usually do gross fake cherries in filling, old & stale tasting cake. A HUGE disappointment , even some of the pies were smashed at one end. Expensive mistake

No longer good!!
What made them popular, no longer exists.I've bought them, and we've had them brought into the office a couple of times (odered online, and a couple purchased at stores). The concensus is this. They used to be really good, but not any more. As usual, greed at the expense of quality, ruins a product.The price goes up. The product gets smaller. And the the taste is no longer good. (cheaper ingredients and cutting corners ruins the product. How many times have we seen this??)We think they also probably changed the ingredients to more shelf stable ones (for longer shelf life), and use cheaper ingredients that has adversely affected the taste. We all agree that the cake consistantly tastes old now (stale) and they're no longer using decent quality cocoa. Also, the cake portion is thinner (has lost it's nice consistency)and there's about half of the filling now (and some of the secondary filling, like the cherry, tastes awful-cheap) Lastly, there seems to be a lot of inconsistency with the filling amounts.Expecting this product to go the way of the Dodobird! Too bad!
