I bought this product about 2 months ago and it absolutely fitted our needs in respect of noise level, which there was none, quality and general design. Our cat loves it and uses it all the time. It's so easy to keep clean and fill and the gauge makes it easy to see when it requires re-filling or topping up.However, we did have an issue with the pump recently, when it started becoming noisy, but after contacting the Customer Care team at Oneisall, it was dealt with very quickly and a replacement pump was despatched to me. I have now fitted this replacement pump and all is quiet in the world of Water Fountain. I would highly recommend this product, despite this little glitch, to anyone who has a cat that doesn't drink water from a bowl and which wants to only drink from a tap (as our previous cat did and before these silent water fountains appeared on the market).

Review Update: the team at oneisall read my review and contacted me via Amazon. They offered to send me a completely new unit FoC and the new one is MUCH quieter than the original one. I even spotted one of my cats drinking from it this morning! So it does appear that I got a noisy pump in the original unit.I absolutely cannot fault the customer support team at oneisall who have gone above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Let’s hope the fountain continues to be whisper quiet !Original review: The fountain looks good, was easy to set up and is easy to keep clean but the hum from the pump is very intrusive and I can hear it from almost every room. I keep it well topped up so it’s definitely not running “dry” and it appears to be clean.Unfortunately I’ve had to switch it off as the noise offends the cats too and they won’t use it.Some reviews say it’s almost silent so I wonder if I’ve just had bad luck and got a noisy pump.

My cat absolutely loves this. Easy to put together and easy to clean. The filters are very convenient to find as well as reasonably priced to purchase as needed.No more yowling at all hours of the day and night for me to turn the kitchen tap on!

EDIT: the seller contacted me and offered a full refund as well as a new product.Bought this back in January and it easy great. Easy to clean, nice and silent. But today....the unholy noise from the motor is insane. I've cleaned it all again, moved it, moved the bottle in and around the bowl but I still makes an awful droning noise

Really great saves us keep turning the bathroom tap on ! I do find that I have to change the water every 2 days due to cat seems to think it isn’t fresh but that’s easy !Very happy with the size & functionality.

Bought this on the 31/01 and got delivered beginning of February,The fountain was really noisy, seem to be coming from the pump but didn’t think much of it, until the fountain kept overflowing no matter how little or much water was in the fountain, always trying to stay below max, cleaned the fountain weakly and changed the filters but after a day it would start overflowing and getting a really big puddle underneath the fountain.Really disappointed as even tho described a quiet I could have dealt with the noice but unfortunately it has now been seating for a month unused as i cannot leave it on more than 10 minutes without water going everywhere. Back to a normal water bowl I suppose

I am so happy with this, I read the reviews before buying and I decided to go with the upgraded filter. So happy I’ve got it, I have 4 sphynx cats and one of them never drinks enough water and he absolutely loves this. Only 2 of the 4 are using it, I have had it a week and it’s been refilled 3 times! I am so happy not just for the cats but also, it’s so quiet, you can hear the water running which is quite soothing and the blue light in it is so handy for seeing the water level. The filter is also very easy to install. I am very very happy with this purchase.
