but had hoped for something a little better. Did not need the penlight
Yoke is wide, fits loosely in ears, allowing extraneous noises in. extra ear pieces are same texture, so changing them doesn't help.. adequate for the price paid, but had hoped for something a little better. Did not need the penlight, so have no comment on it.

Does not pick up subtle abnormal heart sounds like my ADC
Its a really decent back up for $20, but no where near the same quality or acoustics as my ADC 615. Does not pick up subtle abnormal heart sounds like my ADC. But for the money you can't go wrong for having a backup handy.

OK for the price
The sound is not too bad wish it was a little better at the high frequencies like Littmann. But the ear tips are not good they are sharp and hard to change also changing the diaphram is also extremely tedious.

Sturdy, good sound transmission
Well built, came with extra diaphragm and ear pieces. Used today and not disappointed, good sound transmission. Excellent packaging. Would buy again and recommend.
