The surface of your device needs to be clean of any dirt. Carefully remove any tiny cutouts of the skin such as microphone, camera etc then gently peel your skin off its backing and apply it to your device. Start on one edge of your device and line the sticker up carefully then carefully apply the sticker ensuring there are no air bubbles.
