Pretty good, but not quite as good as an IFAK
It's a solid bag, I was able to fit all components of a military issue IFAK in it including two tourniquets The loop on the top gives perfect leverage to open it and if you have TQ pouches they'll fit nicely on the sides. The pack seems durable and and well made.However, it does not rip away from its mounts and it doesn't have an internal pocket like an issued IFAK does. If you mount this somewhere, it's going to stay there. I'd recommend you mount it on tactical gear somewhere on your front or front side so you can reach it with both hands. For now I'm keeping this on my motorcycle.

Well worth more than the price.
Well worth above the price. Other members of our SWAT team have similar name brand versions but I don't see the difference. Will give updates with time especially where and if it degrades.
