Quick cook instructions: serves 4 helpings of flahavan's oat bran porridge. Stir one capful of flahavan's oat bran into 2 1/2 capfuls of cold water/milk. Bring to the boil and cook briskly for 3 minutes, stirring all the time. Microwave instructions: you can prepare flahavan's oat bran quickly and easily in a bowl using a microwave oven. We recommend that you use a deep bowl and allow over an inch at the top of the bowl for the oats to expand. Blend a half cup of flahavan's oat bran in one cup of water (or milk) and mix in a deep bowl. Do not cover. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Cooking times vary according to microwave wattage. Leave to stand for 1 minute, stir briskly and serve. Servings: this pack contains 18 servings (of 40 g). Storage instructions: we recommend that you store flahavan's in a cool, dry place, away from strong smelling products.
