Aiming above its price point !
I already have a couple iems for causal listening & music enjoyment. I use these mainly for gaming. Image separation, layering and soundstage make it great for SP games. I do have an set of Arya Organic but I always turn to these when I want to isolate the sound. They're also great for listening music. The bass is raised a bit, and treble is clean and detailed. It works well with a good amplifier. I paired it with an fiio ka17 and all good.

Impressed
When you can get these with a coupon they are around $134, they are a good deal. They surprised me out of the box with default filters and tips. I spent a few hours and swapped between the tips and filters, listening to different types of music, game audio and movies. I ended up using the bass boosting tips and filters. They give a nice thumpy bass for movies and music plus a nice punch in game audio. Watching Top Gun Maverick, the rumble of the jet engines comes through nicely.A downside is the fit. It can be a little fatiguing at times. Every now and then I have to adjust it to get a comfortable position.I have the TruthEar Crinacle Zero Blue and Zero Red, CCA PLA13. CCA CA12, KZ ZAR, TIN HiFi T3 Plus, 7Hz Crinacle Salnotes Dioko and these have become my favorite because of the clarity in sound and the ability to adjust it easily to my liking. The TIN HiFi T3 Plus is probably my second favorite and then the TruthEar Crinacle Blue.

Excellent in all respects!
Excellent in all respects! Packaging, build quality and overall sound is superb. A super premium iEM that looks and sounds the part. The shells are made of metal and looks just beautiful. Very tastefully done with hints of whale in the texture. The cord is very nice. The sound, bass mids and treble are all outstanding. Probably the best in class magnetic planar IEM I own, even better than my beloved 7hz Timeless. It best the Timeless in that it is much more fuller sounding than that timeless and it responds very well the equalization. I can't wait to try the upcoming M135! HIDIZS, great job with this one!

Unusual design and fit but great sound
Most important, these IEMs need good power to really shine. They are on the large side and won't fit everyone. Overall they offer great balanced sound and the tuning nozzles do make a difference. If you can find their sweet spot then what you get is musical quality that shoots well above their price point. If not they can leave you wanting more...

Why not to include 3.5 mm jack?
Great headphones in balance mode.. Actually, the best.. Why not to include 3.5 or 2.5 jack with it? Great product from a greedy company.. Ordering extra cable is just a rip off.. But the sound quality is on premium level.

Amazing set of soundblasters
Pardon me while I pick my jaw up off the floor. I'm no audiophile but wow. I've used a few pairs of less expensive iems and my favorites were always the Zero Reds with a little tunning to my liking. These (for me) blow them out of the water. And of course they're more expensive. But still an amazing deal because I caught them on sale.First off they look amazing, opened the box and was immediately stricken. The fit for my ears is uber comfortable. They're noticeably big but they gently nestle in my ear. I use spinfit iem earbuds with them. The performance and sound quality made my jaw drop off the bat. I didn't need to touch my eq. I feel the sound is more than well balanced across the spectrum. Haven't even tried the different filters, just the rose gold that comes already on them, why play with a good thing? This is the longest review I've ever written. I'm usually good for a sentence or two but that's just how much I like em.

A Solid 4-Star Planar Magnetic Experience
The Hidizs MP145 earphones stand out as a solid choice for audio enthusiasts seeking a combination of sturdy design, versatile sound quality, and comfortable wear. Featuring a robust aluminum build with a distinctive "whale fin" backplate, the MP145 not only looks premium but also promises durability. The inclusion of a 14.5mm planar magnetic driver ensures a wide frequency response range, delivering detailed sound across various music genres.Comfort might be a concern for some users due to the large shell size and the sharp edges of the design, which could pose a problem for extended listening sessions. However, the ample selection of silicone tips and the included carrying pouch enhance the overall user experience, despite the pouch's minimal protection. The sound signature of the MP145 is described as having a U-shaped tuning with a focus on sub-bass, providing a punchy bass experience without overshadowing the mids and highs. The midrange is well-tuned, offering clear and forward vocals, while the treble could benefit from more extension. The soundstage and imaging capabilities of the MP145 are commendable, offering a spacious listening experience with precise instrument placement. On the downside, the packaging's excessive use of plastic is a notable drawback in terms of environmental sustainability. Additionally, the IEMs' comfort and isolation might not suit everyone, especially those with smaller ears or a preference for a more snug fit.In conclusion, the Hidizs MP145 earphones receive a solid 4-star rating, balancing high-quality sound and build with a few areas for improvement. They represent a worthy investment for audiophiles looking to explore the nuances of planar magnetic technology within a portable format.
