The giraffe is cute, but not very functional as a paper towel holder. There is nothing to hold the paper towels and they keep unraveling and laying on the countertop. If I wanted my paper towels touching my countertop, I wouldn't need a holder for them. It would probably work fine for a spare toilet paper roll holder if the rolls haven't been started yet. I considered sending it back, but it's heavy and would probably cost too much in shipping. I may use it as a door stop, just a decoration.I am raising to four stars because I realized when Bounty paper towels are used, they do not unravel like the cheaper paper towels. I still think there should be something to hold the towels. Why not design it with the tail curled up to hold the roll? It is very cute and sturdy though.

It's strong and heavy. That's good because it doesn't move when you pull on the paper towels.It's a great shape. It's perfect for a giraffe with the long neck. But it's not very detailed. No giraffe spots or any surface detail.But the toilet paper covers up most of it anyway so the surface detail isn't important. It's pretty obvious what it is.It's a LITTLE too short for paper towels. There is a slightly larger one if you want to put it in the kitchen

First of all, the item itself is really cute, giraffes are my favorite animal. It looked to be packaged well when I picked it up I could hear a sound as though it was in pieces so I thought well maybe I have to do some assembly. I opened the box and could see they took precautions to protect it, then I lifted the cardboard piece that was protecting the head an neck and saw that it was broken. I will post some pics here so you all can see exactly what i saw. I'm not interested in being charged to do a return to then have to continue waiting longer to get another that will probably be broken anyway. I bought it for put my crochet thread skein on it, as I crochet the skein can move and not have it fall to the floor rolling all over the place. I'm now going to use my E6000 glue to repair it, I hope it works, it pi$$es me off to feel like I just threw away $20. I will not purchase this again. I feel they should refund my money since i now have to try to repair it, just to use it

Its smol. Holds two toilet rolls or one paper towel roll. But it's still cool.

They're so cute and my friend saw mine and commented on how much she liked it. So of course I bought her one as a gift and she was thrilled.
