VESU Mug - Harvest Moon

I originally purchased one of these at a artisan faire in Monterey CA about a year ago. My daughter loved it, and sadly, recently dropped it. It did not bounce. So I am delighted to have found the same cup to give her a surprise replacement of the cup she so loved (and now mourns).

I absolutley love the design of this mug and the colors are vibrant and colorful! The leather is super soft and you can tell from a mile away that this is somewhat 'luxurious'. Unfortunately, my order arrived damaged as there is a large chunk missing from the cork piece. I think that this is worth the koney regardless,I just have hopes that I can find a replacement.

It's really a very cool, unique piece, but was much smaller than I expected.

It’s truly a unique mug, and I enjoy the ergonomics of it. However, it does not hold heat well. My coffee gets cold pretty quickly and requires several reheats. Also, the cork leaves a strange scent on the rim. Nice for occasional use when I’m in the mood for something different.
