Quite invaluable, it sets out your pills for the week and through the clear lid is quite obvious whether you have taken them as you should. There is an easy opening slider for each day that may be opened in stages to reach the appropriate pill for the time of day. I highly recommend this to anyone that has a multi pill regime over the period of a week
